I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Very general at first. It involved me talking about what I've been studying in school and how that knowledge helps me in areas relateable and non relateable to the internship. Then the interview gets technical to the point to where, if you paid attention in your programming and other related classes, and you understood the conceptual things, then you would be fine.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA)
Interview
I was screened by a sourcer and then discussed the position with a team lead, who had the most impact of my understanding of the position. I then was asked in to meet with the department manager and the department director (seperately). The interview included a resume rehash and asked for my interest in the position. They did not seem concerned with someone that had the talent, but rather the previous. experience

Question 1
They continually asked me if I would be willing to do menial work and essentially were testing me to see if I would be looking to leave if the work wasn't glamorous. Despite my constant reassurance that I wanted to enter into their workforce they still seemed skeptical.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Nov 2013
Interview
My interview process consisted of two phone interviews and one final interview at the location in Merrimack. The questions were very similar throughout the process. They were all behavioral based questions. Basically how you've handled situations in the past will determine how you will perform in the future. They do want very detailed example/stories during the interviews so be sure to prepare before all of your interviews. During the in-person interview they will ask you around 8-10 different behavioral interview questions.
