I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Bengaluru) in Jun 2013
Interview
4 rounds
1. Tech round - 2 case studies(telephonic)
Face to face rounds:
2. HR round(how do I fit in, expected salary)
3. Tech round -2 case studies
4. Manager round-going through resume
Tech round questions were very good but I could come up with the right answers. HR round consisted of some checks to see consistency, interest in the role, whether I would stay with them etc. Manager round was less structured and was similar to HR round.
Interviewers were polite, patient and helpful. Not much scope for negotiations.
My offer was confirmed through a job consultant but it was cancelled the next day due to some reason related to background verification. This reason was very unconvincing and a stark contrast to all the proceedings before. Very disappointed at this turn of events.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in May 2013
Interview
Not impressed by the interview process in the least. Branch manager talked down to me because I did not have experience with the company. I was interviewed by two managers who asked very basic questions about why I would be the best choice for this position. The other manager was very kind and tried to be very positive throughout the whole interview to balance out the other manager's attitude.
