Sent my resume to one of the recruiters , got call the next day and she told she would submit the resume to the manager. the next day or so she called a scheduled phone interview. 4 one on one phone interviews. Next they invited me for in-person interview. Whoever interviewed me on phone were all there in the in-person interview.
In one or two days another recruiter called me and told the team was interested in my background and asked details abt my current visa status etc., He asked for few references and I gave two. The director contacted the references I gave.

First interview was conducted by phone which lasted between 30-40 minutes. Basic questioning i.e. why would you be a good fit? A few days later was called back to come in for an in-person interview. Went through a formal Q+A session and then was interviewed by two managers at once. Much more of the same questioning as the first time around i.e how can you add value to the team?
