I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Oct 2024
Interview
Very bad interview experience. They had about 5 rounds, and was offered the job. After that background check was all clear. Joined the company and offer was rescinded because the recruiter assumed that i was working for 'X' company which i clearly mentioned in background check other wise the background check would not have been clear. They offered sign-in bonus but i felt like they didn't want to give the sign -in bonus because the recruiter assumed I worked in 'X' but actually i was not. I had shared the same during interview process too that I am not working for 'X'. But to cover up the incapability, lack of experience and underperformed recruiter, they put the blame on me and withdrew offer. Very bad an dunprofessional recruitment team

Interview
It was a pretty simple screening for the first interview. Just basic questions about your resume and how you think you would fit in Fidelity. The second Interview was a little harder asking more complex behavioral questions, but they weren't impossible and definitely manageable.
