Fidelity Investments LEAP Program interview questions

I'm a recent college grad. I got an email saying that they reviewed my resume and said they liked my background in JAVA and SQL. I have neither of those two things on my resume. The interviewer was nice enough, but due to my resume being a mess and being a poor fit in general (having very few of the languages/skills) I never made it to the technical.

Phone screening call first. If they select you, you will go through another two interviews. One behavioral, one technical, each lasting about an hour. Technical questions were alright. And behavioral questions were also okay.
