I applied through other source. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Phone screen and then video interview. Phone screen was behavioral and very straight forward. Tell me about yourself, OOP questions, times you worked in a team. Second interview is technical.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jan 2020
Interview
Applied online in October, received a text from a recruiter almost 3 months later in January. Had a brief phone screening with recruiter that was very laid back, just talking through your resume and asking a few basic situational questions as they come up. Next and final stage was a behavioral and technical interview with a manager. The interview was supposed to be over video, but there were technical issues and the manager ended up just calling me on the phone instead. Interview with the manager involved going through resume with more of an in-depth focus on projects and more behavioral questions. The recruiter told me there would be a few technical questions about Java, the SDLC, and Agile, however I wasn't asked any specific technical questions other than what I did in my projects. Interviewer was very nice and I thought it went well but received a rejection email after a week and a half.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Reached out to by a recruiter, quickly scheduled an initial phone interview. That first interview was talking with a recruiter, going over bullet points on your resume to make sure you actually know what you put on it.
Once they've confirmed you can talk about everything listed they schedule a video interview. The video interview is more in depth discussion about your resume points and past projects. Tell stories about what went wrong, what you learned, and what you could've done better. A lot of the interview was spent asking the interviewer questions about the company and the culture.
