First round HireVue (pretty generic), second round (phone call - behaviorals), third round (behavioral/technical) on-site at their Durham, NC Research Triangle Park campus. Truly a beautiful, innovative space and it seems like the work-life balance there is strong.

HireVue with behavioral questions, followed by a phone behavioral and technical interview. 30 minutes behavioral, 30 minutes technical. Technical mostly asked for OOP concepts. Behavioral asked about my process for handling workloads (ie. what do you do when you have a busy week?)
