I interviewed with Fidelity in 2010 just out of college for their LEAP program. The interview consisted of multiple rounds of behavioral sessions, with a single system design question to test system thinking. In general the process was much more focused on determining culture fit rather than technical ability - which for me at the time made sense, since I just finished school.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Apr 2019
