I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at First Advantage (Shreveport, LA) in May 2022
Interview
First you get a phone call telling you about the job and pay. The person will ask if your still interested. If so the person will set up a video interview with two other people. They ask a bunch of questions . After that interview within a couple hours you find out that you got the job if you did. Then you get an email to do your background check and drug test. Background check took almost a month.
