Step 1: Submit your CV through your recruiter or Agency
Step 2: Get invitation to scheduled interview
Step 3: Interview with Company's Recruitment Officer (expect to wait long time as in the lobby)
Step 4: Wait for call from Company's advice on second interview with Operations Lead
Step 5: Interview with Operations Lead (this person will see your salary. terrible. And this person is to have a say on whether you will be hired. Be nice.)
Step 6: If passed, you will receive a call from the company and the recruiter will advise you to go through a behavior test.
Step 7: If accepted, you will start your Candidate data entry for background screening. (Advice:Just be honest about your title and salary when declaring)
Step 8: If accepted, final meeting and contract signing.
