First Advantage Operations Associate interview questions

1st round was an HR round then typing, aptitude and last comes Manager round it was quiet good it wasn't that difficulty to crack the interview and i am happy that i got through.

Step 1: Submit your CV through your recruiter or Agency Step 2: Get invitation to scheduled interview Step 3: Interview with Company's Recruitment Officer (expect to wait long time as in the lobby) Step 4: Wait for call from Company's advice on second interview with Operations Lead Step 5: Interview with Operations Lead (this person will see your salary. terrible. And this person is to have a say on whether you will be hired. Be nice.) Step 6: If passed, you will receive a call from the company and the recruiter will advise you to go through a behavior test. Step 7: If accepted, you will start your Candidate data entry for background screening. (Advice:Just be honest about your title and salary when declaring) Step 8: If accepted, final meeting and contract signing.
