Interview for BPO ( voice and non voice).
The employees of the company suggests us to meet some HR of the company for an interview. On the top of the Resume we have to mention the HR name.
Later they'll collect the resumes according to the HR names and call 6 to 8 people inside for the 1st round, they'll ask self intro and HR questions. If qualified they'll be informed to stay for the 2nd round which will be the assessment. The 3rd round will checking ability of candidates if suits to the position ( voice or non voice]. The final round will be the manager round.
