Firstsource Solutions CSR interview questions

The interview was super easy and a semi quick process. The interviewer was in my opinion laid back but very informative. Before the interview I applied on their website, got sent an intake form/questionnaire by a recruiter then got offered an interview. From first applying to my 1st day of training was a week at most.
