FirstSource ran open interviews in hotels. You walk in with your CV, wait, and then you are sent to take a test that gauges your literacy and numeracy skills. After this you are sent to one of the several HR employees who are doing the interviews. You sit down, they are very professional and friendly and basically ask you questions relating to teamwork and customer service experience.
