Was told I'd be attending a face to face interview lasting no longer than 1 hour. Turned out to be a group process with call listening. Interviewers seemed uninterested and basically just shoved us on the call floor. The headset I was given was greasy from someone else's head. The centre was dirty with torn up carpets. It came across as though someone had set up shop in an abandoned warehouse. I won't go into detail but I wouldn't like to use those toilets again either.

2 stages of interview, speaking to a very kind and approachable team, description of job given and assessment to see if you're a suitable candidate, fairly quick as far as interviews go
