Ford Motor Company Analyst interview questions

Process went for a month and the interview was scheduled 1 round a week, a very lengthy process! But end of the day, they are not courteous to let you know about your feedback on the interview process, there was a recruiter named Mary from Allegis, she contacted me for this role and after all the rounds are complete, the recruiter never responded. I tried contacting the person who took my interview 2 weeks later, just to know that they have forgotten the feedback. Its very disheartening to know that Ford does not value your time or effort! I am taken back by their culture and values and HR policies in place. Glad that they didnt offer me, I would have suffered for sure!
