Disappointed in the interview process, they didn't have the courtesy to inform me of their decision, despite my attempts to follow up multiple times. My interview might not have been good, but a courtesy email with their decision would've been nicer. Its sad that there are still companies out there that don't even respect candidates time and interest enough to get back or at least reply to one of the follow up emails to say they went ahead with another candidate.
