Interviewed by HR recruiting guy at Headquarters. Sent to formal interviews to the Engineering facility, Technical writen exam performed. Interviewed by one manager and one supervisor. Interviewed next day by Hiring manager. Told by Human resources about my acceptance briefly told about salary and benefits and asked to sign the contract and start working the following week

Interviews are tough.... Almost like being tested rather than an interview. Most interviews I've had with other companies were more like conversations. Ford was tough situational questions, asking how you should react.
