The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (New York, NY)
Interview
Technical interview following a career fair. Received positive feedback with job recommendation but no offer so far about 2 months after the interview and following up with the recruiter about 20 times. No one in the organization has any idea what they are supposed to be doing. My interviewer was swapped last minute and HR then lost my feedback form. Least professional organization out of all the ones I've interviewed with so far.
