A HR representative called me and set me up for an interview. During 30min interview I had to answer 6 questions. Some of them were typical interview questions : tell me about a time you... and give examples of your actions. Some were job specific. Overall I had a very good impression on the course of the interview. The same day I had been called back and informed I qualified for the assesment center. Assesment center consists of 60min interview, and 70min role play exercise. You have 35 min to prepare, 20min to conduct a meeting with client, and then 15min to sum up the meeting.

The hiring process consisted of a Ford recruiter calling myself and talking to me for about a half hour. After that I received an email for setting up a phone interview the following week. Three days later, I received a call for a on site panel interview, the following week. Two weeks after that I received a call asking me if I was still interested and I received an offer the same day.
