Ford Motor Company Software Engineer Internship interview questions

I talked with the recruiter at my school career fair and received an email from him for Hackerrank online assessment. The assessment was a lot harder than other companies’ coding interviews. It seemed like they use the same questions for different levels of candidates. After the assessment, he set up a onsite interview.

There were no technical questions. Everything was behavioral - they really cared about my attitude and values. I sat in a room with two people, an older gentleman and a younger recent-hire and answered their questions and then asked my own.
