There was an introductory interview with an associate director for suitability for the role, followed by a case study for discussion during another face to face interview with another director.

2 stage interview taking place over Microsoft teams. Met with Partners within FO who looked at my skills, experiences and interests. They then connected me with a relevant team within FO and Advisory. From the start of the process, it has felt as though this has been a two way conversation.
