Forvis Mazars Group Audit Graduate Trainee interview questions

Online application that included one or maybe two questions about Why Mazars & online tests. Heard about a phone interview about a month later which I was told I passed the same day. Then booked into an assessment centre with about 1 weeks notice. AC was a group task, case study which was writing a report based on some information, individual interview (with a short presentation) and then a maths retest. Don’t worry about the maths retest, it’s very simple stuff. Interviewers were lovely. Really human process and understand that you’re a grad/school leaver. A really nice thing is that you’re in the AC with people applying for different offices and positions. So in my AC I was with one other person who was applying for the same role, which was nice as it then felt less competitive and allows you to really relax and be yourself! Good luck!
