Quick & straight-forward. As an accounting degree graduate, it would be easy to get through the interview. Many of my batchmates are able to land a job after getting interviewed. The interview was done with interactive questions and answers, where the managers observe our ability to answer the questions.

Activity day with group exercise requiring communication, collaboration and competence. Then required to present as a group to a number of interviewers. Also a one to one interview regarding yourself, your aims and all the usual stuff.
