Forvis Mazars Group Audit Trainee interview questions

I applied online and was invited to take online reasoning tests. They sent me feedback on my tests before I got an email saying that I had made it through the next stage and was asked to book a phone interview online. The phone interview lasts about 30 minutes and they ask competency based questions, as well as questions about the industry.

After successfully passing online assessment, I was invited for a Telephone Interview, which was totally competency-based. The interview had only 6 questions in total (at least in my case) and it went really quick. In the end, I did not realize 20 mins had already passed. It was enjoyable and the interviewer was very friendly. She allowed me to finish my talk without any interruption, which I found very relaxed and gave me lots of confidence. My tips would be to well research about the company and gave an eye on some news around the industry.
