Forvis Mazars Group Graduate Audit Trainee interview questions

The first interview is over the phone, which they ask you to book via an online form. The first interview is split into two sections, the first half being competency based and the second half is a discussion about an industry wide issue that you research prior to the interview. The whole interview lasted around 20 minutes

Initial online application. Telephone interview about strengths and competencies. Assessment centre with group exercise, interview and presentation. Very positive and friendly throughout. Completed tour and lunch with current employees to understand more about company and role.
