I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forvis Mazars Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied online - standard application form + tests
First interview was face-to-face (not on the phone like most companies) with an Audit Senior Manager (I applied for an Audit scheme). First came an analysis exercise. Fairly easy - you have 10 minutes to read an article and then the interviewer asks you questions about it. After that is a competency based interview for the remainder of the time.
Second (and last) stage was an AC in the London office (I applied for London). This involved numerical and verbal tests, a group exercise and presentation, a partner interview (strength based) and a networking lunch.
While the 1st stage you can definitely prepare for (by knowing all your competencies), the AC is virtually impossible to prepare for. The group exercise is random - they just want to see how you think/talk to others; the topic itself is easy/not audit/tax related. The interview is strength based - not competency. So again it's impossible to prep for. I was expecting a competency interview and it threw me off at first but then I think that's the reason I ended up doing well. All my answers sounded natural and not scripted. I would advise just going with the flow and being honest, as apparently that's what the partner really liked about me. The only thing you can prep for are the tests really (30 minutes to answer numerical + verbal questions).

Interview
Microsoft Teams interview: very nice interviewer, casual and friendly. Asked the classic motivational, competency, and strengths-based interview questions.
Assessment centre: around 20 people, lovely coordinator and it all seemed well ran.
