Athens Greece: 2 Interviewers. One from HR and the Department Manager.
Very friendly and polite. The manager was easy going and made you feel comfortable. He was asking all the questions.
The HR advisor was also very friendly. Wasn't speaking much tho. She was observing gestures mostly.
I was called for the 2nd stage for an accounting test.
Test had to do with Greek Accounting Principles. 1st Question was about Depreciation - the rest i dont remember. The last one was a project on their laptop that gave you an Excel document with Acounts and Mapping etc , you had to made some new excel spreadsheets and reply to a client via email. It was a bit difficult. But the overall process was again very friendly. They lead you to a room and tell you that you have 45 minutes ( but you can actually take longer if you need to). I was told that the test doesn't determine much - as long as you gave the basic knowledge of course.
There was also an easy Phycometric Test " Find what shape comes next". And at the end of the Phycometric test was a little text that described a situation at an airport and 5 statements were given below. A, b, c, d, e and you had to pick which statement is true. Very easy.
