Very relaxed conversation with a talent recruitment agent. Started with a little small talk followed by an explanation of the process. Then followed with questions about what I did during my gap year, why I want to work with Mazars and the specific role. Then had a fair few competency based questions.

Phone interview. Strength and competency based questions. Quite standard and the interviewer was helpful and nice. After the phone interview there is an assessment centre which lasts 5.5 hours and includes a case study and more interviews.

Premier entretien via forum écoles, puis entretien virtuel avec Manager et Senior Manager.
Questions sur le secteur assurantiel, son environnement, les expériences passées.
Echanges intéressants.
Processus assez long, malgré une réactivité à la fin.
