Interview
I got the position after working 2 years as customer service agent interview was made by my current boss that time and two recruiters. Interview with questions and rol plays
The process was easy, the person within recruitment team was very helpful and polite, she helped me with the process, however they take more time than necessary to provide an answer
Interesting and challenging questions followed up by a technical review from the assistant manager and later on to be reviewed by the operations manager. Overall I would say the interview process was quite friendly and less intimidating like the usual ones out there.

Interview
The interview was split in 3 different parts, all of them done on the same day:
- Competency-Based Questions
- Report Excel acitivity
- Mock team chat resolving issues
There were 2 interviewers and it took around 1 hour and a half to do all these. It was quite interactive and interesting.
