Easy if you have proper knowledge, they will ask about the advanced Excel questions, and Microsoft office and presentation skills. How to handle team and achieve team target. How you will handle the angry team member in the team and deliver the proper process knowledge to the team

The process was easy, the person within recruitment team was very helpful and polite, she helped me with the process, however they take more time than necessary to provide an answer
Interesting and challenging questions followed up by a technical review from the assistant manager and later on to be reviewed by the operations manager. Overall I would say the interview process was quite friendly and less intimidating like the usual ones out there.

Interview
The interview was split in 3 different parts, all of them done on the same day:
- Competency-Based Questions
- Report Excel acitivity
- Mock team chat resolving issues
There were 2 interviewers and it took around 1 hour and a half to do all these. It was quite interactive and interesting.
