I was invited to take a video interview after applying and taking an assessment. It was about 20 minutes and I was asked about 10 questions that were STAR related.

The questions were all star related you were given a countdown to answer the questions. some questions you were allowed to retake. questions related to working from home, internet speed, and customer service related.
it was easy she was sweet n nice straight forward she asked easy questions that made sense! i can tell i will enjoy this job at foundever yes this job will be worth it.

They want to know your typing speed, computer skills, and if your computer and internet are up to date with their software. They will drug test you. Then they will send equipment.
