I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade) in Jun 2012
Interview
The first step was the interview with the HR Specialist and the targeted language ability test. The interview was relaxed and aimed to display my personality type and motivation for the position. I was also informed about the job requirements and the the details of their offer. The language test consisted of grammar and vocabulary questions and e-mail writing part.
The candidates who responded satisfyingly were invited to the second - group interview, where four candidates were given different group tasks that they had to complete as a team. Here the three interviewers (HR Specialist, Learning Specialist and Team Manager) observed behaviour within the team, leadership and communication skills of each candidate.
The candidates who made it through this round were invited for the final follow-up interview held by the client we were supposed to work for.

The team (you are a part of) should agree in one-minute time which three of the ten things listed you would like to have on the desert island to help you save your lives. (second round - group interview)

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
Posting this for awareness and to see if this is typical of the company. I took the time to complete all the pre-interview assessments, etc. I have been stood up twice for a phone interview. After hearing back to schedule and interview initially, I did so. I waited the entire time for the scheduled interview and this time I did get an e-mail two minutes before the interview would have ended letting me know that the itnerviewer was experiencing internet issues. As advised, I rescheduled.
Fast forward to the rescheduled interview. An hour before it, I received an e-mail regarding a test of my internet speed. Completed quickly, test passed and e-mailed right back. It is now an hour after the interview was scheduled to begin, as of yet, I have received no call, no text, or e-mail yet regarding why the interviewer was a no-show.
I truly think my skills and experience would be a great match with the company but if this is how my time is valued, I will look elsewhere. Apologies for the long review but definitely wanted to make job seekers aware.
