customer return requests after carefully assessing
transaction details, justifications, and supporting
documents for legitimacy.
Detecting and Investigating Fraud: Overseeing
investigations into potential fraudulent activities within
customer transactions, including analyzing suspicious
patterns, verifying data authenticity, and collaborating
with relevant departments to prevent fraud.
Managing Blacklists: Maintaining phone number
blacklists for fraudulent or unwanted behavior, applying
clear criteria for adding/removing numbers to reduce
company risk.
Rate and Cancellation Assessment: Reviewing and
deciding on customer rate cancellation or modification
requests, requiring a deep understanding of the
company's financial policies and customer relationships
while considering financial and contractual implications

It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
