Foundever Learning Specialist interview questions

Applied after already being hired as a CS agent and working there in several departments. 5 interviewers for LS position. LS Interview was laid back, one interview, one presentation to teach something to the interviewers. Each asked a question, there was no tension or feelings of anxiety aside from my own at never having applied for an advanced position before.

It was really quick. The assessment was proper at the same time, it values your time investment. There were quite a few interview phases, but there are specific people catering to each phase, so it was highly organized and quick. The recruitment team is like a monolith. They all follow one directive, so it was obvious from the get go, that there is a working communication circle in their ranks.
