After the final interview, you need to follow up by yourself and negotiate the salary. They will contact you again to discuss the salary if they're interested in you.

2nd interview check your work experience and see if you are capable of the position. They will also check with you to see if you are comfortable with the work over time. THe last interview will mainly see if can fit in the company's culture.
