I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foxconn (Houston, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
Got referred by a friend. Interview was scheduled on phone.
Technical round.
Not organized. The interviewer started bombarding questions without even formal introductions or without easing the candidate into the process.
Asked me to rate myself on programming languages that I am comfortable with. Java, C++ and then started throwing questions at me like a timed quiz.
Second round was with the manager. This was personal round. He was very polite and took genuine interest into my background and provided with details about the nature of the work at the company.
I had an easy and comfortable conversation with the manager during the first interview. About two weeks later, I was invited to move forward to the second-round technical interview. I will provide detail when I finish it.
First of all, you have to attend an exam on general matters, then you have an interview with the team, the third part is to meet your boss to discuss your salary, the final part is to talk to your HR.
