The selection process at Foxconn involves an aptitude-based written test to evaluate logical reasoning and quantitative skills, a technical interview assessing core subject knowledge and problem-solving abilities, followed by an HR interview focusing on communication skills, attitude, adaptability, and alignment with company values and culture.
Overall interview was very easy, they ask about your academic and projects and they explain the working procedure and shift.Basic knowledge of electronics related questions and good communication skills are enough for cracking the interview.
