Gensler Design Manager interview questions

It is a focused approach and is structured to identify core design skills in interiors and architecture. It also requires knowing if a candidate is proficient in Revit and other software skills.

I was interviewed by two people (both Studio Directors) over the course of an hour. They started by introducing themselves, which led to a very inviting and enjoyable discussion. Both were very open about answering questions and talking about their current projects and project needs.
