Glassdoor interview questions

Phone interview talking through your CV and experience and about the job daily duties are you ok to work on your own lates and weekends if required ect . Didn't even get past the 1st round ,when my CV and I know that I can do the job advertised I may ever be over qualified . Waste of time and clearly have not got a good process in screening . Don't bother go with a better well established company not a Micky mouse start up IMO .

They asked a lot about my past experience, what my sales process had been with my past company, and what I new about Glassdoor. Overall nothing out of the norm - felt they were trying to see if I was a good culture fit.
