Glassdoor interview questions

Was told that I didn’t have the “drive” or “fire” to be a good fit. Didn’t know people with laid back attitudes don’t work hard. Glassdoor’s mid level managers are just looking for easy people to boss around who will say yes to anything with a smile on their face. Keep hiring kids that are overly bubbly and energetic for interviews... They’ll burn out and quit in less than a year anyway. They also seemed to bring me in when they already had a candidate picked. Thanks for wasting my time guys!

5 step interview process. Starts on the phone working with HR and one of the Senior Managers. Demo call then in person interviews with managers and then finally the Director
