Interview
process took two weeks. first a recruiter called me going through my background and experience, then I went in on site for an interview with manager and two people on the sales team. Lastly I made a presentation to members of the sales team and manager. All in all very swift process, recruiter was very nice and helpful as were the manager and members of the sales team.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
I submitted my application on Glassdoor (after seeing the posting by browsing jobs on the site!), which was very simple. I needed my resume and (optional) cover letter in addition to some administrative questions. About a week or so later, an HR manager reached out to me via email and asked to set up a phone call, followed by another call with the director looking to fill positions on her team. These two calls happened within a week, and I was asked to come to an in-person interview at the Chicago office prepared to demonstrate a "launch meeting" presentation. After getting a tour of the office and presenting, I was asked questions by the person who would be my direct report and a colleague with my same position. I also had to complete an online questionnaire/writing sample. The process was simple, straightforward, and very efficient! This all took less than a month.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. It started with a very casual phone call with the recruiter, followed by a more formal phone interview with the hiring manager. After that I was sent an assignment to complete via email. The next stage was in person and consisted of 3 interviews with 4 different members of the CSM team who were all incredibly nice and welcoming. They also gave a tour of the office which helped to ease some nerves before the interviews. The final stage is a presentation portion in which you are given a mock scenario to onboard a new client, but that can either be given in person when you come in for the interviews or later via video conferencing. The presentation isn't too difficult as long as you prepare adequately and they provide you with plenty of resources to do so. Overall, the process was pretty good. The only downside was having to wait a long time to hear back, but the recruiter was good about keeping in touch and providing updates during that time.
