Glassdoor interview questions

The interview process was as smooth as it could be. My recruiter, James, was a huge help the whole way. The fist round was a social where they asked about 15 potential new hires to come in and socialize with current employees (managers, SDR's, directors, etc) over wine and appetizers. They just wanted to get to know us as people. Once the event ended, James left it up to us to contact him and set up an interview. My second round was a two hour interview process with four people (two SDR's, two managers). This was a very relaxed interview where they want to get to know you in detail, see what you know, and what experience you have that can relate to the SDR role. A day later, James contacted me offering me to come in for the last round which was a 15 minute presentation in-front of 6-10 employees. The purpose is for the team so see who you are, what you like, why SDR, and why Glassdoor should hire you. You are basically selling yourself. Amazing process and I can see why they get great people with awesome talent!
