I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2022
Interview
Great until the end where they cancelled my “onsite” interview with the only reason being “they hired someone over the WEEKEND”. Complete waste of time and didn’t offer an alternative opportunity to pursue after reaching the final stage.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience. This was the result of a recruiter who was transitioning away from the team and we wanted to respect other candidates' time as much as possible. Your experience was the exception, not the rule, and our standard is higher. The situation could have been handled better and we are committed to doing so in the future. - Jake Dorochenko, TA Manager
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor
Interview
Interview process took weeks for the technical round , went well but then no response for weeks and then just said NO without any feedback. Don’t expect any feedback, they just say Yes/No. Very unprofessional.

Thank you for your feedback. This isn't the type of experience that we want candidates to have at Glassdoor. I will use this as an opportunity to make sure our teams are providing everyone in our process with quality feedback in the future. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. - Jake Dorochenko, TA Manager

Interview
They give you a hw assignment to make an analysis but do not give you instructions on how to approach the result or what they are looking for. It can be approached in a simple or complex manner. I am used to doing a direct approach because CFOs do not care how you got there as long as you give them what they want. My approach was not what they were looking for, and I am not good at "guess what I am thinking". Clarity in giving reviews of companies, just not in their instructions to potential employees...all for the best I suppose.
Thank you so much for your feedback on the interviews and the take-home assignment specifically. We know take-home assignments take extra time, so really appreciate the time you spent on ours. Our teams hope to understand your thought process and how you get to your answer, but we can understand that more specific directions would be helpful for future candidates. Thank you again for your time and we wish you the best in your job search! - Cortney Holloway, Talent Acquisition Manager
