Global Response interview questions

Basically you can walk in and fill out an application, after its completed they will give you typing test and have you read a script to see if you have good phone etiquette. If you pass you will then have a one on one interview to discuss your experience and asked a series of questions. Once completed they will let you know that they will give you a call if interested. Got a call within two days and was placed on an account called Connections Academy.

Upon arrival I was given the application packet to fill out and this took roughly an hour since it includes the written and spelling tests. It also has open ended situational questions on how you would respond to customer emails. You will also get to answer questions such as what is your weakness, and why you want to work for Global Response. After this test, I had to do a typing test in 5 minutes. Try to complete typing all of it atleast once. Next came the interview, then you await a response to know whether or not you will get a job offer. Helpful tip: learn to spell subpoena, lol.
