Globant Automation Engineer Lead interview questions

Very unprofessional process, one of the worst I have ever seen in my career so far-> I cleared both the technical rounds and in the HR round HR asked me how much you are expecting even though this question was answered by me at our very first conversation itself. I again answered though and now HR told me that this is not as per company's norm.I then asked give me the salary as per norm. HR(he) replied saying he will send me the offer letter in 2 days. It has been a month now, HR neither reply to my emails nor he attends calls. So Pathetic. They have no integrity to what they communicate. I even have emails handy with me as a proof if some one asks I will be able to help save the candidates time
