Interview
First a phone interview for basic info, a couple of questions about the experience and salary expectation (Nothing technical). Second interview with the recruiter about experience and soft skills (Nothing technical). Third interview is technical, so they can classify you in role and seniority depending on their open roles. Mine was with AWS, questions about system design, scalability, security and what type of engineer you are and you'd like to be.

Me parecio que la entrevista fue muy superficial, me hicieron preguntas redundantes y estuvieron varias semanas "buscando" personal para que luego digan que el proyecto en el cual estaban buscando se cerró por cuestiones del cliente.

El proceso fue rápido, un día me habló el reclutador y tuve un entrevista muy rápida y al tercer día hice la entrevista técnica, y al siguiente tercer día me respondieron.
