Globant MBA Associate interview questions

1st interview with HR; Fair questions about yourself and motivation 2nd virtual interview; Behavioral questions that you need to record yourself 3rd interview with a country General Manager; interviewer was late for 15mins, fair questions about your knowledge of the company. Had a great conversation. But I was very disappointed that I never heard back from them. Even I follow up, I didn't even receive a "thank you " email
