This was for a strats summer internship. I had 3 onsite interviews, followed by 2 phone interviews, followed by 16 onsite interviews, followed by another 2 phone interviews. The onsite day was 10am-7pm of non-stop interviews without a break for food.

Mostly brain teasers that involve probability and algorithms knowledge.
Expect many interviews from various people at all levels. Focus will be on intellect, professional ethics, and work ethic. The company has a team oriented culture and working with others is an important part of the firm's culture. Try to get eat a full breakfast or lunch in advance of interview; if the interviews go well, more and more people will keep interviewing you.

Interview
The initial phase consists of a phone call from the HR Dept (referred to as HCIM). Went back and forth several times with availability in order to schedule interviews. Met with 8 different individuals, each having his/her own interviewing style. Ask questions - they frown upon not asking any.
