I applied online first and then got a hacker rank coding challenge. The questions were extremely easy and not even tricky, except had tricky test cases. I couldn't clear one test case and hence couldn't move forward.

There was a question related to simple understanding of manipulating strings.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs
Interview
The interview starts with 2 coder pad sessions, questions are straight forward. Interviewers are nice.
Then followed by 2 face-to-face. No behavioral questions, purely on data structure and paper work programming, very tough questions. Even interviewers takes long time to realize your solution is working.
